• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return.
• Certain items such as baths, toilets, and sinks may not be eligible for return due to their size and nature. Please contact us for further assistance if you have any questions about returning specific items.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
• Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
